Who we are

Eight nationalities work at Eco Drift. Our confirmed workforce composition: 62.8% British, 20.9% Romanian, with colleagues from six further nationalities making up the rest of the team. We welcome people from all backgrounds, and our hiring looks for values, not just experience.

Systems that include, by design

Shiftomate, our field management system, is multilingual: every team member works in the language they are most confident in. Training is visual and hands-on, so capability is never confused with English fluency. The result is 90% retention of ESL staff for five or more years, in an industry known for churn.
