The Lakeside washroom story

Sensors showed Washroom A was being used almost twice as often as the schedule assumed, with peaks the rota missed entirely. We redesigned cleaning around the real data: occupier concerns resolved, 45 minutes of labour saved every day, no additional headcount. In the events washroom, usage spikes were identified in advance, extra event-day shifts were eliminated, and product complaints fell to zero.
