At Eco Drift, cleaning is a profession. Our team members are not cleaners. They are Curators of Clean Spaces. They take ownership of their environments, they develop skills, and they build careers. Many of our team have been with us for over five years. Some for close to a decade.
We look for people with values, not just experience. You do not need to have cleaned commercially before. You do need to be reliable, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly.
We have 8 nationalities in our team. We welcome people from all backgrounds. Our training is visual and hands-on. We support you from day one.
How it works:
Criteria: your referral must be hired and complete six months of service meeting performance expectations. The £100 bonus is paid in the first wage run after the six-month milestone. Open to all current Eco Drift employees. Applies to all vacancies unless otherwise stated.
