A cleaning contract should remove work from your desk, not add to it. We survey your site, agree a specification area by area, and assign a dedicated Team Leader who owns the contract day to day. We have Team Leaders, not supervisors: people with the authority to make decisions on the spot, backed by our Curators of Clean Spaces (what we call our team members).

Performance you can show your board

Monthly reports are generated automatically from live shift and task data: what was cleaned, when, by whom, and how it scored. At Lakeside North Harbour this approach lifted KPI scores from 67% to a consistent 88 to 92%, sustained across a 600,000 sq ft site for more than a decade and through three changes of ownership.
